CityView Commercial and President Jack Friedler acquired Southwest Center Mall a little over a year ago. The introduction of Jimmy Jazz and Hyperactive signature stores has been a tremendous success
in the mall, ushering Southwest Center Mall into its second phase. These new stores have triggered an uptick in sales and leasing activity, bring a much-needed boost to Southwest Center’s retail environment.
