Ingram Content Group collaborates with Recorded Books to build the most comprehensive downloadable audio offering

NASHVILLE, TN – Ingram Content Group Inc. and Recorded Books, a premier publisher and distributor of spoken word audio, today announced a content distribution agreement that will create the most comprehensive e-audio solution available to the market today. 

 

Recorded Books is an established and well-known publisher and distributor dedicated to creating and delivering the finest audio products on the market. The collaboration between Ingram Content Group and Recorded Books will provide publishers with access to a substantially larger audience of audio book purchasers. Libraries will have access to a significant and broader selection of titles for their patrons through Recorded Books’ OneClickdigital™ platform.

Ingram’s enhanced audio offering will combine the award-winning Recorded Books’ library of titles with tens of thousands of bestsellers, mysteries, histories, nonfiction and children’s titles in multiple languages with Ingram’s e-audio inventory as well as select publisher e-audio content stored in CoreSource®, Ingram’s digital asset management platform.
