Scisense, a leading producer of micro-sensing technologies used in cardiac function assessment, will hold an educational webinar on May 25, 2011 to demonstrate how to get the most from your PV loop data and understand its physiologic relevance.
Dr. Marc D. Feldman (MD, FACC), will provide methods of validating pressure-volume data to ensure that it meets the requirements of peer-review for journal publications. In addition, the webinar attendees will learn critical information for understanding and interpreting PV loop data. This information will help transform research papers into a richer and more powerful piece of writing.
Critical document review can significantly accelerate the speed to publication. Dr. Feldman will draw upon his past experience, shedding light on how to reduce the number of revisions that may be needed before the paper gets published.
About Dr. Feldman
Dr. Feldman, MD, FACC, has published numerous full length articles in peer reviewed journals including many related to conductance technology and PV Loops. He is currently Professor of Medicine and Engineering, and Director of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories, Division of Cardiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.
