Dr. Kirschner is an author or coauthor of 10 audio/video programs and 7 books, including the international bestseller Dealing With People You Can't Stand: How To Bring Out The Best In People At Their Worst, Insider's Guide to The Art of Persuasion and Insider's Playbook To The Art Of Persuasion. His next book, The Click Factor, will be published in Spring of 2011 by Hyperion Press.
