These new tariffs packages are divided into two categories. One category is for normal holiday season and the second category is for peak holiday season like Christmas and New Year celebrations. Normal holiday season traiffs will be applicable from 1st October, 2012 to 22nd December, 2012 and from 5th January, 2013 to 31st March, 2013, whereas peak holiday season tariffs will be applicable from 22nd December, 2012 to 5th January, 2013. From 1st October, 2012 to 22nd December, 2012 and from 5th January, 2013 to 31st March, 2013: 

• Luxury tents: Rs 5999/-
• Wooden cottages: Rs 7500/-
• Beach facing shallots: Rs 8500/-
• Beach facing villas: Rs 9500/-
• Portuguese Villas: Rs 12000/-

From 22nd December, 2012 to 4th January, 2013: 

• Luxury tents: Rs 11500/-
• Wooden cottages: Rs 12500/-
• Beach facing shallots: Rs 14000/-
• Beach facing villas: Rs 15000/-
• Portuguese villas: Rs 16000/-
