Chicago, IL/Roseville, MN (March 2011) – Madison Street Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor in arranging a credit facility for its client, Pacal Industries, LLC (“Pacal”), it was announced today by Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital.  The credit facility was provided by Summit Financial Resources, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Madison Street Capital Vice President A.J. Dhingra said the transaction puts Pacal in a better position to meet increased demand for its products.  “This credit facility will provide the working capital Pacal requires to accelerate its growth and better serve its customers,” he said.
