Mirketa Launches KRATU AI Healthcare Suite for Elixir EHR on Salesforce

22-Sep-2026 | Dublin, California | News-Press Release

Dublin, Calif. - August 2026 - Mirketa, a Salesforce partner focused on healthcare technology, today announced the launch of KRATU AI, a suite of four AI capabilities built natively into Elixir EHR, the company's Salesforce-native healthcare platform.

KRATU AI is designed to help healthcare organizations address administrative work across clinical and revenue cycle operations, including clinical documentation, patient preparation, payer policy review, and accounts receivable management.

A study of 307 primary care physicians at two Boston hospital systems, using 2021 data, found a median of 36.2 minutes of total electronic health record work per visit, exceeding the system's scheduled 30-minute appointment length. This included documentation and other EHR-related tasks. On the revenue cycle side, many claim denials are considered preventable, creating additional administrative work for billing teams.

KRATU AI brings four capabilities together:

  • KRATU Co-Pilot - An ambient AI scribe that turns each visit into a complete, coded SOAP note for provider review.
  • Patient Visit Prep - A text-message check-in that helps prepare patients before they arrive, without requiring an app or portal login.
  • Payor Policy Intelligence - Reads payor policy documents and translates relevant requirements into live billing rules to help score claims before they are filed.
  • A/R Resolution Agent - Scores open accounts by risk and surfaces high-priority, high-value actions for revenue cycle teams.

"What makes KRATU AI different is that it runs on data healthcare organizations already have. A clinician using KRATU Co-Pilot isn't learning a new tool. They're having the visit they were always going to have, while the AI handles what used to take the next two hours. KRATU AI doesn't replace the people. It handles the parts that were taking their time and giving nothing back."

-- Rajeev Kumar, Founder, Mirketa Inc.

Because Elixir EHR is built natively on Salesforce rather than integrated with Salesforce as a separate system, KRATU AI can operate using patient records, appointment data, and billing information already within the platform. Healthcare organizations can use the capabilities within the same platform environment and security model.

KRATU AI is available now as individual capabilities or as a full suite and is listed on Salesforce AppExchange. Organizations already using Salesforce can request a demonstration.
