Santana Kortum is an attorney working throughout the state of Montana. She is admitted to practice in Montana administrative matters, Montana district courts and Montana federal district court. Santana Kortum also litigated several high profile employment cases including successfully petitioning the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to bring action on behalf of a discharged Les Schwab Employee in Montana after the E.E.O.C. had been absent in Montana for nearly a decade.
