Dr. Nandu Thondavadi is a talented senior executive and a corporate officer with several years of professional experience backing him. He has successfully worked with several businesses and multinational corporations to grow technology businesses and programs which have led to increase in revenues and corporate growth. A born leader, Dr. Nandu Thondavadi has special expertise in international management, product development, service delivery, cost reduction, process improvement, and systems implementation. He is also an expert in merger and acquisition activities.

Through the years, Dr. Nandu Thondavadi has gained immense experience in the field of outsourcing/offshoring and he has also co-authored an highly acclaimed book, "Offshore Outsourcing: A Path to New Efficiencies in Information Technology and Business Processes". Through his dynamic leadership as Director of the Corporate Technology Center, Square D Company/ Groupe Schneider dramatically increased profitability by introducing new product costing methods and eliminating many unprofitable products in one of their divisions. He has also taught as a Professor of Operations Management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and he had an award-winning turn as Senior Engineer Consultant at Electronic Data Systems (EDS).

Dr. Nandu Thondavadi holds six university degrees (BS in Chemistry/Physics, BS in Chemical Engineering, MS in Chemical Engineering, MS in Industrial Engineering, MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering). He was awarded the highest government scholarship called National Merit Scholarship for Study Abroad from the Indian Government to do his Ph.D. in the US.
