He has been a part of one of the most successful daily sops of all time such as 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', 'Kavyanjali', 'Kasauti Zindagi Kii' among others. The popularity landed him important roles in movies like ‘Fashion' and  'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani', 'Khoya Khoya Chand' and  'Ek- The power of one', He has featured in several commercials too with top actors like Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif. Last week he became the face for a famous liquor brand.

IADA will have two courses of 6 month and 1 year duration which will focus on the various present-day requirements of the industry, thus preparing greenhorns for the road ahead.

IADA is started by people who have made their place in the industry through sheer hard work, determination and lots of struggle. They have faced the same challenges that any other newcomer encounters without having a godfather to bank on. Their success from the scratch makes them the best equipped team to train and guide hopefuls who want to pursue acting as a career.

Kharb says: “We plan to introduce students with different schools of thoughts with regard to acting, and let them choose the one he/she feels is most suitable for him/her. Anybody who enters the entertainment industry wastes his/her best years understanding the industry, and is prone to making mistakes. Most of them do a lot of damage to their careers by trusting wrong people.

“IADA will always be there for its students; whether it's finding work, negotiating remuneration or taking important career decisions. “ “IADA will make sure that its students don't waste their time, money and effort and concentrate on stuff which they know the best -- Acting. IADA doesn't guarantee success, nobody can, but it can definitely improve your chances to achieve success.”
