The Texan All Seasons™ Grill boasts two large grilling surfaces, each with independent touch controls.  The temperature is controlled through an intelligent touch panel, which is a fully weatherproof unit that is sealed under ceramic glass.  The touch control activates the protected heating element while providing visual indication and precise control of the heat setting.  Every Texan All Seasons™ Grill comes standard with a separate touch control for each grilling surface to easily manage temperature.  With this feature, simmering vegetables and searing steak has never been easier.

Excess cooking waste such as grease and fat fall through the grates and into one of the two disposable drip trays, without the possibility of burning up on the heating element.  The integrated heating element support keeps the element out of the way while cleaning and during the removal/installation of drip trays.  There are also interchangeable grilling plates, a griddle is available as well as a standard grilling grate.  A grate could be used on one side while a griddle can be used on the other or both can be grates and both can be griddles.

The stainless steel cover is a two-piece design that allows access to each grilling surface without interrupting the other side.  The two halves can lock together at the handle to become one main lid for both surfaces.  The lid is spring assisted for easy opening and closing, while a detent keeps the lid secure in rough seas.
