As a front of house staff member, at Victus, we all experience different aspects of working on the restaurant floor.

I particularly enjoy my shift as the barista, preparing the customers' hot drinks. I am fortunate enough to use Cimbali bean to cup coffee machines, where the coffee beans are freshly ground for every individual cup. We have a wide range of hot drinks for customers to choose from.

These days everyone is more educated about the variety and styles of different coffees and teas, which we always aim to satisfy. I am proud to say we use Union 100% Arabica coffee beans that have been hand roasted in the UK. Even our filter coffee is the same rich quality.

We use all types of milk, I could even offer you a soya milk cappuccino if you require a non dairy option. Our Teas are just as versatile whether you like a stimulating Earl Grey, a calming Chamomile or a settling Liquorice & Peppermint.

My favourite creation is our amazing hot chocolates. Made from Ghiradelli chocolate, all the way from San Francisco, it is rich and velvety. Served with whipped cream on top and for the full experience, a big helping of mini marshmallows, with a final sprinkling of chocolate on top of that…… delicious!
