Glasgow, UK ( prsafe ) May 14, 2012 - In honour of the celebration for Her Majesty the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the Olympic year of 2012, Fraser Hart has launched a new concept with the Uniquely Yours service. Uniquely Yours allows customers to create their own customised diamond ring from over 2,500 options. There are four metal choices: 18ct white gold, 18ct yellow gold with 18ct white gold stone settings, 18ct rose gold and platinum, with three diamond qualities and seven diamond weights available.

The process is assisted by a trained Uniquely Yours ambassador who explains the choices on offer and those which best suit each individual customer. After the design has been chosen, the ambassador commissions the piece which will be delivered within 15 working days. All rings created as part of the Uniquely Yours design service are made in the UK, giving the customer the option to have the diamond set into the design of their choice.

In recognition of the jubilee year, all Uniquely Yours rings made in 2012 will be hallmarked with a special diamond jubilee mark, making the ring that little more special. This gives customers the chance to be a part of the occasion and keep a unique souvenir making their ring even more individual.

On top of this, Fraser Hart has a bespoke jewellery service offering items crafted by award-winning designers, craftsmen and master goldsmiths. Fraser Hart works closely together with the customer to help them take their ideas and design heirloom jewellery by either re-mounting existing stones, replicating sentimental pieces or simply helping the client with the realisation of their ideas.

This is done with the finest computer aided design and production technology that is used to complement tried and tested traditional jewellery-making techniques. Fraser Hart is also able to use its extensive connection network to find the very best diamonds and gemstones, along with silver, gold, palladium and platinum settings to suit the brief.

From start to finish, there is a solid process in place to ensure that quality is maintained from item to item. This begins with the consultation period, where the customer is asked what it is that they are looking for. We use this time to brainstorm ideas and work out how to turn visions into reality, making sure that the customer retains creative control within the scope of what is achievable from the initial ideas. Next, our designers produce a sketch either by hand or using a computer assisted design program to check that the client is completely happy with what has been discussed. Once both parties are content with the final draft, out experts will commission the creation of the actual product, safe in the knowledge that the customer will be getting the jewellery of their dreams.
