CityView Commercial And The City Of Dallas Exploring New Initiatives in 2011.
Jack Friedler and CityView Commercial have been working in partnership with the city of Dallas to revitalize the community and focus on Southwest Center Mall as a key focal point of the area.
In the past the mall lost many tenants to Uptown village and Cedar Hill development but is now looking ahead to an intense revitalization thanks to Friedler and CityView. Southwest Center Mall has always maintained significantly higher sales figures with national tenants and is looking to rejuvenate from the inside out by building specialty leasing programs and widening the base of national presence in the mall.Contact Info
