According to their press release, the Oak Lawn Country Club & Golf Course in Woodbridge, Connecticut is a swell place near Yale University with a 24,000sf clubhouse, 18-hole championship golf course, three pools, tennis courts, a groundskeepers home and 180 acres that is another victim of a bad economy. As a result of declining membership, the 50-year old club is going to auction on May 10th. The reserve price that must be met  is $1,590,000.
