Edmonton, Alberta ( prsafe ) January 11, 2012 - Leif Gregersen, a published poet, short story, magazine, and newspaper writer has launched his first ebook called, "Through The Withering Storm" which reveals his personal struggles against bipolar disorder and how he managed to reap success at the end.

Bipolar is a serious mental illness which causes dramatic mood swings. It affects men and woman equally and is found to start between ages 15 - 25. It is estimated that around 10 million people will develop the illness sometimes during their lives.

However, when he was affected by bipolar disorder he started to experience strange things happening in his head and was unable to control his actions more and more.

But, after many years of hardships and difficulties, due to his loving parents and effective treatments, he started to restore to his normal life. Now, he is helping bipolar sufferers to fight back against bipolar disorder through his ebook.

The foreword of his ebook is written by Dr. Brian P. Bishop, a psychiatrist who thanks Leif Gregersen for his ongoing efforts to remove taboos and ignorance about mental illness.
