Southwest Center Mall Bringing New Life To Dallas Community

Economic development is growing at Southwest Center Mall because the community is engaged with the owners and the city and therefore gradually winning back foot traffic to the 1 million square foot retail location.
The owners are creating a positive engagement with community leaders, area elected officials and community groups which includes Home Owners Associations and Crime Prevention groups. No longer is there talk about “closing the mall.” The Southwest Center Mall non-profit is currently working alongside various neighborhood groups for a master plan, excitedly anticipating the future growth and impact of Southwest Center Mall in the community.
