Therametta Yoga Promises With An Improved Well-Being For Women - Spring Session Set To Start

Barrie, Ontario ( prsafe ) April 12, 2012 - Therametta Yoga classes are all set to start off the new Spring sessions starting from the 27th of March through to June. This session will guide the busy woman into a new perspective on life and well being. Therametta Yoga is an endeavor by Cathy Ness who is a certified Professional Yoga Therapist and Yoga Instructor Barrie.

"I call myself the 'Busy Woman's Specialist'. Being a busy multi-tasker myself I am well aware of the difficulties women have to face and the stress that puts on our lifestyle. Yoga classes has helped me to find balance in my life and has inspired me to impart the knowledge that I have gained to others so that they can achieve a stress free life"- explains Cathy when asked about the foundation of Therametta Yoga.

Therametta Yoga is reported to rely mostly on simple yoga moves to achieve flexibility and vitality in mind, body and spirit. Keeping in tune with the individual student's age, physical ability, lifestyle and goals, Therametta's yoga lessons Barrie can to help individuals to increase energy levels, enhance their sense of balance, flexibility & mobility, and have a continued state of wellness. Students find their sleep improves, pain is reduced and they experience a greater sense of a youthful spirit & personal spirituality.

In fact, Cathy has come up with the novel idea of "Therapeutic Chair Yoga" for the physically challenged people. "You don't have to be in top physical condition to do yoga. Even an individual with limited range of motion, poor balance and challenged by getting down on or up from the floor can do you in chairs"- adds Cathy.

Cathy offers both private classes as well as small group sessions where there are no more than 6 students in each group. Therametta Yoga is all set to start off its Spring sessions starting 27th of March and running through to June.

The Spring lessons would be offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings for both the beginners as well as for the intermediate level. The Chair Yoga lessons would be from 29th March and would take place on Thursday mornings. The Introductory Chair Yoga session will be FREE!!

Cathy's students are greatly impressed with what they have experienced in previous sessions and benefited. They have expressed their positive feedback for Cathy's smooth teaching, calmness and many of them have reported to experience reduced pain after the sessions.
