This beaconing tag is a cost-effective long-range active RFID tag appropriate for tracking mobile assets, controlling access or online inventory, and localizing of assets or personnel in designated areas.

This active RFID UHF beacon tag, model 137001, features automatic transmission, non-line-of-sight data transmission, industrial housing and low cost. This tag uses advanced UHF radio frequency technology and sends data to a mobile or fixed reader at distances of up to 100 meters. It provides UHF operating frequencies which are available for both standard North American and European ISM band frequencies. In addition, its ultra-low power consumption and configurable ping rate enables it to operate effectively for many years without additional maintenance.

This active beacon tag belongs to GAO's family of General Asset Monitoring Tags.
