Weno's application is fully deserving of an approval, without doubt. The ONC has continuously ignored Weno's request for supporting evidence, sour lemons indeed.

Next cut and squeeze to get every drop of juice: Weno responded with an appeal to Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health & Human Services today. Weno asked for either a well deserved approval along with an apology from the ONC or full disclosure on how the Weno application compared to other approved applications to show supporting evidence of why the application was denied. Either will fully render the desired outcome from these lemons.
